1. Services Provided

DCLX offers vehicle pick-up and delivery services for automotive maintenance, inspection, repair, and other related appointments. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Cancellations

​

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or approved partners.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the total service cost.

  • DCLX reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle that poses a safety risk or does not comply with legal requirements.

3. Vehicle Condition & Legal Compliance

​

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy, legally registered, insured, and in safe condition for transport.

  • All necessary documents (registration, insurance, service forms, etc.) must be placed in the vehicle prior to pickup.

  • DCLX is not responsible for any legal infractions related to vehicle documentation or condition.

4. Personal Belongings

​

  • Clients must remove all personal belongings from their vehicle before pickup.

  • DCLX and its partners are not liable for lost, missing, or stolen items left in the vehicle.

5. Liability Disclaimer

​

  • DCLX is insured and will take all reasonable care during transport. However, we are not responsible for mechanical or pre-existing issues that arise during or after transport.

  • Any claims regarding damage must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Payment & Invoicing

​

  • All payments are issued by invoice after service completion. No payments are taken through this website.

  • Late payment of invoices may result in service delays or penalties as outlined on the invoice.

​

7. Data & Privacy

​

  • Any personal information provided is used solely for booking, invoicing, and service communication.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of service delivery purposes.

​

8. Modification of Terms

​

DCLX reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
